spirkz is a mobile app for short-form videos built exclusively for education, currently in pre-launch. This website (spirkz.com) is operated by spirkz, St George's Park, Triq il-Dragunara, San Ġiljan, Malta. For anything related to this policy, you can reach us at iviko.shengelia@spirkz.com.

Email address — if you choose to sign up for launch notifications through the form on this site, we collect the email address you provide. That's the only personal information we ask for.

Technical data — like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. This is used for security, performance and understanding aggregate site usage.

We use your email address to let you know when spirkz launches and to share occasional product updates. As promised on the signup form: no spam, ever.

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when the spirkz app launches and new features change how we handle data. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
